Password control and advanced security are available for many screens and functions. You can set how you want the security system to function, what extent of control and to which staff members have access to what. In the event that you forget what your access passkey is to "Security Password Control" you can override it by using the master passkey that came with your Optizone purchase.

one creates the password for each store / location
that you have.

Screen
two allows six levels of security that can be
assigned to each staff member. These levels will
later limit access to staff as you desire.

three sets up the level access for different
departments. To start you can sue the default
level and adjust as you see fit later.
|

Screen
four is for invoice lock down. The invoice screen
handles money and has the largest potential for
abuse. You can lock down and button you like on
this screen and a manager's passkey will be
required to correct an error.

five is where your staff members are assigned a
password. These can be controlled by top management.
The staff members need to be entered in the staff
directory first.

Screen
six contains a tool for when a duplicate file
entry has been made. You can delete the duplicate
file and send their new records to their old file.
This is primarily used as a clean-up tool.
It
also has a tool to see if items were removed from
inventory and not invoiced.
