job. In the event that any part of your software
package was delivered damaged or defective,
exchange of CD’s or paper manuals are permitted
up to a period of 90 days.
All
EZ-Zone Software products are available for 30-day
trial. It is in this time period that you, the
user, are allowed to examine and evaluate our
software products. Upon purchase, all sales are
final. We do not offer refunds on
CD-ROM, floppy disk, or Internet download versions
of our programs.

returns or refunds on services performed, or on service
contracts. There are no returns or refunds on upgrades of
software. There are no returns or refunds on custom software.

Software purchased from a third party distributor is
